Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using Logistate, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
If you use Logistate on behalf of a brokerage, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that entity.
About Logistate
Logistate is an Ontario-first real estate intelligence platform. It brings together property search, saved homes, community and market education, and professional tools for agents, brokerages, and transaction teams.
Logistate may offer different features to consumers and to authorized professional users based on account type, permissions, and product availability.
Eligibility And Account Registration
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use Logistate. Some features are intended for adults engaged in real estate search or professional work.
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Use only the role, permissions, and organization access assigned to you.
Logistate may review, approve, suspend, or decline account access according to product rules, billing status, and security needs.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your activity on Logistate. This includes:
- Using the platform lawfully and in good faith.
- Verifying important property, financial, and transaction details independently.
- Maintaining appropriate permissions when acting for a brokerage or client.
- Ensuring documents, messages, and uploaded content you submit are accurate and authorized.
You are also responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in Logistate.

Logistate offers public and account-based tools that may include property search, saved homes, educational insights, community pages, and Future Ontario resources.
These features are provided to help you explore Ontario real estate and related topics. Availability, coverage, and content may vary by region, listing source, and product stage.
Some resources are educational or editorial in nature. They may be updated, expanded, or changed as Logistate develops its content and data sources.
Agent, Brokerage, And Professional Features
Authorized agents, brokerages, and staff may access workspace tools such as deals, contacts, documents, messaging, calendar activity, marketing, billing, and related operations features.
Professional users must use these tools in line with brokerage policies, licensing obligations, client consent requirements, and applicable real estate rules.
Brokerage administrators are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and appropriate use within their organization.
No Professional Advice
Logistate provides information, tools, and workflow support. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, mortgage, investment, or real estate advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions about listings, financing, insurance, contracts, taxes, or transactions.
Listing, Market, Community, And Third-Party Data Limitations
Property, pricing, availability, market, community, and related information on Logistate may come from platform records, user submissions, approved partners, or curated content sources. Information may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or changed without notice.
Logistate does not guarantee that any listing is available, accurately priced, or suitable for your needs. You should confirm details directly with listing representatives and independent sources before relying on them.
References to third-party data sources, boards, or partners do not mean Logistate claims any particular licensing, syndication, or display rights unless separately confirmed in writing by Logistate leadership and counsel.
User-Submitted Content
You may submit or upload inquiries, messages, notes, documents, images, and other content through Logistate. You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it.
By submitting content, you grant Logistate a limited right to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate the features you choose to use.
Logistate may remove or restrict content that appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms or platform safety needs.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Logistate to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Misrepresent your identity, role, licensing status, or authority.
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse data in ways that harm the platform or other users.
- Interfere with security, access controls, or system integrity.
- Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Logistate personnel.
- Use the platform for unauthorized lead resale, deceptive marketing, or unfair practices.

Intellectual Property
Logistate and its licensors own the platform, branding, software, design, and original content made available through the service, except for content submitted by users or licensed from third parties.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Logistate materials except as allowed by these terms or with prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos, listing content, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Links And Resources
Logistate may include links to third-party websites, tools, calculators, videos, or services. Those resources are provided for convenience and are not controlled by Logistate.
Logistate is not responsible for third-party content, policies, pricing, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Platform Availability And Changes
Logistate may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance, security, product development, or business reasons.
We aim to keep the platform reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned or emergency downtime may occur.
We may also update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you have reviewed the revised terms, subject to any additional notice requirements that apply.
Account Suspension Or Termination
Logistate may suspend or terminate access to some or all features if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, created security risk, misused professional permissions, or failed to meet account or billing requirements.
You may stop using Logistate at any time. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required for legal, billing, or operational purposes.
Disclaimers
Logistate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not make promises that the platform will meet every user need, produce a particular real estate outcome, or remain free from errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Logistate disclaims warranties that may otherwise apply, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
Limitation Of Liability
