Logistate is an Ontario-first real estate intelligence platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when using our search, account, and professional workspace features.

Introduction
Logistate helps people search Ontario real estate, save homes, connect with agents and brokerages, and manage transaction-related workflows in one platform. This Privacy Policy describes how Logistate handles personal information when you visit our public site, create an account, or use role-based workspace tools.
This document is intended for operational planning and product transparency. It is not a statement of final legal compliance and remains subject to counsel review.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Logistate, we may collect:
- Account and profile details — such as your name, email address, phone number, language preference, role, and organization or brokerage affiliation.
- Search and browsing activity — such as filters used, listings viewed, saved homes, map interactions, and pages visited on the public marketplace.
- Inquiries and communications — such as contact form submissions, listing inquiries, messages, notifications, and support requests.
- Professional workspace data — such as deals, contacts, tasks, documents, calendar activity, commissions, and other records entered or uploaded by authorized users.
- Technical and security information — such as IP address, device and browser type, session identifiers, authentication events, and logs used to operate and protect the platform.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and maintain Logistate search, account, and workspace features.
- Connect consumers with agents, brokerages, and approved service workflows.
- Process inquiries, leads, documents, and transaction-related activity.
- Send service-related notices, security alerts, and account communications.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and understand product usage trends.
- Enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and protect users and the platform.
We do not use personal information for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice and, where required, consent.
Consent And User Choices
By using Logistate, you provide information needed to operate the features you choose to use. In some cases, we rely on your consent — for example, when you submit an inquiry, save a home, or enable optional communications.
You may be able to:
- Update profile and notification settings in your account.
- Manage browser cookie preferences where your browser allows it.
- Withdraw marketing communications where unsubscribe options are provided.
- Request access, correction, or deletion as described later in this policy.
Some information is required to provide core services. If you choose not to provide it, certain features may not be available.
Saved Homes, Searches, And Account Activity
When you save homes, run searches, or sign in to your account, Logistate stores that activity so you can return to it later and so we can personalize your experience within the platform.
Saved-home and search data may be linked to your account or, for some public features, to a browser session or device identifier. Authorized brokerage or agent users may see related activity where it is part of a lead, inquiry, or assigned client workflow.
Agent, Brokerage, CRM, And Lead-Related Data
Agents and brokerages may use Logistate to manage contacts, leads, deals, documents, and team activity. Information entered into these workspaces is generally controlled by the brokerage or organization using the platform.
When you submit a listing inquiry or request contact, relevant details may be routed to the assigned agent, brokerage, or partner workflow connected to that listing or campaign.
Brokerage administrators and authorized staff can access workspace data according to their role permissions. Logistate processes this data on behalf of platform users to deliver CRM, pipeline, and operations features.
Cookies And Analytics
Logistate uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, measure performance, and understand how features are used.
Examples include:
- Session and authentication cookies for secure sign-in.
- Preference cookies for language and interface settings.
- Analytics or performance tools that help us improve reliability and usability.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect sign-in, saved preferences, or other functionality.
How Information May Be Shared
We may share personal information in limited situations, such as:
- With agents, brokerages, or transaction participants when you submit an inquiry or use a connected workflow.
- With other users in your organization when permissions and workspace settings allow it.
- With service providers that help us host, secure, email, bill, or operate the platform.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Logistate does not sell personal information to advertisers unless leadership and legal counsel confirm otherwise and this policy is updated accordingly.
Service Providers And Cross-Border Processing
Logistate may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, document storage, and other operational services. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for Logistate and are expected to protect it under contractual and security requirements.
Some providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where information crosses borders, we aim to use appropriate safeguards, but protections may differ from those in Canada.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
Retention periods may differ by data type. For example, account records, deal files, messages, and audit logs may be kept for different lengths of time depending on product needs and applicable obligations.
When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it according to internal practices.
Security Safeguards
Logistate uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted transport, session management, monitoring, and restricted access to production systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users should also protect their account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
User Access, Correction, Deletion, And Withdrawal Requests
Depending on your relationship with Logistate and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses where withdrawal is permitted.
Account holders can update much of their profile information directly in settings. For other requests, contact us using the details in the Contact Information section below.
We may need to verify your identity before responding and may decline requests where we are permitted or required to retain information.
Children And Minors
Logistate is intended for adults using real estate search and professional workspace tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without appropriate parental consent.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to Logistate without proper consent, contact us and we will review the request.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Logistate features, providers, or legal requirements change. When we make material updates, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
Continued use of Logistate after an update means you have read the revised policy, subject to any additional notice or consent requirements that apply.
