Purpose Of Agent And Brokerage Tools
Logistate provides workspace tools to help brokerages and agents manage contacts, leads, deals, listings, documents, calendar activity, marketing assets, and related operational workflows. These tools are intended to support your brokerage practice—not to replace brokerage policies, regulatory obligations, or independent professional judgment.
Availability of specific tools depends on your role, organization configuration, plan, and product permissions. Logistate may add, change, or retire features as the platform evolves.
Eligibility And Account Approval
Professional workspace access requires an authorized Logistate account. Brokerages and platform operators may require admin review, email verification, billing setup, or invite acceptance before full activation.
You are responsible for ensuring that staff accounts are created only for authorized personnel. Logistate may suspend or decline accounts that appear fraudulent, mislabeled, or inconsistent with brokerage authorization records.
Accurate Profile, License, And Brokerage Information
Agents and brokerages must keep profile, office, license, affiliation, and contact information accurate and current within Logistate and on any public-facing website or marketplace surfaces you publish through the platform.
You must not misrepresent licensure status, brokerage affiliation, team authority, or listing authority. Ontario advertising and disclosure obligations remain your responsibility; Logistate display fields and snippets are aids only and do not, by themselves, make a page compliant.
Brokerage, Team Access, And Role Permissions
Logistate uses role-based access to separate platform administration, brokerage administration, agent, and consumer experiences. Permissions determine which pages, records, and actions each user can access.
Brokerage administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, reviewing seat usage, and revoking access when staff depart. Logistate enforces permissions in the product, but brokerage oversight of who receives credentials remains essential.
CRM Contacts, Leads, Notes, And Pipeline Data
Contacts, leads, notes, tasks, deals, and pipeline records entered in Logistate may contain personal information about clients, prospects, and counterparties. You are responsible for collecting, using, and retaining that information lawfully and in line with brokerage policy.
Logistate provides organizational scoping and access controls, but does not audit the legal basis for every record you store. Export, sharing, and off-platform use of CRM data remain your responsibility.
Lead Handling Responsibilities
Leads captured through Logistate public forms, listing inquiries, website profiles, or integrated workflows must be handled promptly, accurately, and fairly. You must not misstate availability, pricing, incentives, or brokerage representation when responding to inquiries.
Logistate does not guarantee lead volume, lead exclusivity, lead quality, conversion rates, or transaction outcomes. Routing rules and inbox tooling help organize intake; they do not replace brokerage follow-up standards or regulatory duties.
CASL And Privacy Compliance Responsibilities
If you send commercial electronic messages, use SMS follow-up, or run nurture campaigns, you are responsible for consent, identification, unsubscribe handling, and recordkeeping under CASL, PIPEDA, and applicable brokerage policies.
Logistate provides consent language on some public forms and a Communication Consent notice, but use of Logistate tools does not make your brokerage CASL-compliant by default. Marketing Center graphics export does not include live email delivery or functional unsubscribe unless and until your organization implements those capabilities separately.
Listing Management Responsibilities
Listing content displayed through Logistate may originate from MLS feeds, brokerage uploads, or other sources. You are responsible for verifying accuracy of price, status, remarks, media, and showing instructions before relying on them in client communications.
Logistate surfaces listing data and disclaimers to reduce confusion, but does not warrant that every field is current, complete, or suitable for every advertising context.
Marketing Center Responsibilities
Marketing Center helps teams create flyers, social graphics, and email-oriented design assets. Exported assets are your responsibility to review before publication. You must not send commercial email or SMS campaigns through Logistate unless your organization has implemented appropriate consent, sender identification, unsubscribe, and suppression processes.
Templates, previews, and campaign ideas are starting points only. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee performance, reach, or compliance.
Analytics Limitations
Dashboard and analytics views summarize operational data available within Logistate. Metrics may be delayed, sampled, scoped to your permissions, or affected by incomplete data entry.
Analytics are provided for internal operational insight only. They should not be used as audited financial statements, regulatory filings, or guarantees of production, revenue, or market share.
Billing And Subscriptions
Where billing is enabled for your organization, subscription fees, seats, trials, and payment methods are managed through Logistate billing settings and Stripe. Plan features and limits may change with notice as described in your subscription flow or brokerage agreement.
Billing status may affect access to paid workspace features. Past-due or canceled subscriptions can limit seats, pages, or capabilities until resolved. Logistate does not guarantee uninterrupted service during payment disputes or third-party processor outages.
Review current plan details in Settings → Billing or your brokerage billing contact when questions arise.
Account Suspension And Removal
Logistate may suspend, limit, or remove accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, brokerage authorization, payment obligations, or platform security requirements. Brokerage administrators may also deactivate seats or revoke access for departing staff.
Upon suspension or termination, you remain responsible for exporting records you are entitled to retain and for honoring client communications, privacy, and regulatory duties outside the platform.
No Guarantee Of Leads, Closings, Income, Or Business Growth
Logistate is a software platform. It does not guarantee leads, appointments, closings, commissions, income, market share, advertising reach, or business growth. Any examples, benchmarks, or illustrations in the product are informational only.
Your results depend on market conditions, brokerage operations, licensing compliance, client service, and many factors outside Logistate's control.
