Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Logistate uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, optional analytics, and embedded services such as maps and video players.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, and pixels, may also be used to remember settings or support platform features.

Logistate uses these technologies to operate secure sign-in, remember certain choices, and support optional product features. This policy describes the categories we use today.

Types Of Cookies Logistate Uses

Essential and session cookies. Required for authentication, session continuity, pending sign-in flows, and core platform access. These include httpOnly server-managed session cookies such as Logistate sign-in state.

Security cookies. Support secure requests, abuse prevention, and protected account workflows. These remain active because they are necessary to keep the platform safe.

Preference cookies. Remember choices such as language preference and whether a language prompt has already been shown. These are optional and only stored when you allow the preferences category.

Analytics cookies. Would help measure product usage and reliability if an approved analytics provider is enabled in the future. Logistate does not currently load third-party analytics scripts in production by default.

Marketing and advertising cookies. Not in use today. If Logistate later enables advertising or campaign measurement tools, this category would only be used with consent and an updated policy.

Third-party embedded services. Some features, such as Google Maps map views and YouTube video embeds, may set their own cookies when loaded. These load only when you allow the third-party embedded services category.

How Users Can Manage Cookies

You can manage cookies in several ways:

  • Use the Logistate cookie banner on your first visit to accept all, reject non-essential, or manage preferences.
  • Select Manage Cookies in the site footer at any time to reopen your preferences.
  • Adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies for specific sites or globally.

Rejecting non-essential cookies keeps essential sign-in and security cookies active while disabling optional categories.

How Cookie Preferences Affect The Platform

If you reject non-essential cookies or disable specific categories:

  • Sign-in, account security, and core authenticated workflows continue to work.
  • Language and interface preference cookies may not be remembered across visits.
  • Approved analytics or marketing tools will not load unless you enable those categories.
  • Embedded Google Maps and YouTube players remain disabled until third-party embedded services are allowed. Fallback messages and external links may be shown instead.

Saved-home data stored in your account or browser local storage may still function for core product features, but optional preference cookies will not be written without consent.

Contact And Updates

Logistate may update this Cookie Policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.

Questions about cookies or privacy requests can be sent through Contact Logistate or reviewed in the Privacy Policy.
