Accessibility Statement

Logistate is building an Ontario-first real estate marketplace and professional workspace. This statement describes our accessibility goals, how to report barriers, and areas we are still improving.

Last updated:

Logistate Accessibility Commitment

We want people to search listings, explore communities, read insights, and complete account workflows regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement—not a one-time audit.

Our public marketplace pages, legal notices, and authentication flows are reviewed for keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, heading structure, and screen-reader-friendly names.

Target Standard

Logistate targets WCAG 2.0 Level AA as the minimum conformance goal for public experiences. Internally, we aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practical—especially for focus management, reflow on mobile, and non-color cues.

Automated linting, manual keyboard testing, and periodic audits supplement—but do not replace— testing with assistive technologies and real users.

Feedback Process

If you encounter a barrier on Logistate—missing labels, keyboard traps, low contrast, unreadable content, or controls that cannot be activated—please tell us so we can prioritize a fix.

  • Use the contact page and include the page URL, browser/device, assistive technology (if any), and a short description of what blocked you.
  • Include screenshots or screen recordings when helpful.
  • We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and provide a remediation timeline when a fix requires engineering work.

Known Limitations

Placeholder for counsel and product review. The items below reflect current MVP limitations identified during internal audits and may change as features ship.

  • Interactive map views (search map and listing neighbourhood maps) remain difficult for some keyboard and screen-reader users; textual listing details are provided as a parallel path.
  • Embedded third-party media (for example YouTube) is gated behind cookie consent and may not expose the same controls as native Logistate UI.
  • Some marketing-style resource pages display search-looking visuals that are informational only and not fully interactive search controls.
  • Custom video modals on the homepage may not yet match the focus-trap behavior of our Radix-based dialogs.
  • Color contrast across dark glass surfaces should be validated continuously as tokens and content change.

Ongoing Improvements

Recent and planned accessibility work includes:

  • Skip-to-content links and labeled main landmarks on public and authentication pages.
  • Accessible names for search filters, gallery thumbnails, and map-side listing cards.
  • Visible keyboard focus on shared buttons and interactive controls.
  • Form labels and consent language on inquiry, lead, and account creation flows.
  • Continued audits of legal pages, listing detail routes, and mobile overflow behavior.
